William leads a quiet life as a convenience store employee until an extraordinary event changes everything. When his ghost roommate is mysteriously revived, William finds himself in the middle of a dangerous plot.

Hello everyone and welcome to my first major visual novel project. Pheonix's Tear is the first game I'm going to make from start to finish. I'll be telling this story and hopefully many others in the future. I'm not sure what to say here lol. Basically, thanks for visiting this page and for playing the game. I'm open to any and all criticism, feel free to use the comments field.
I also want to give a special thanks to my friend and main artist on this project, Glitchzinho. Without you this wouldn't be possible as it is now.
~Next steps~
This is a work in progress and everything can be changed over time. This is a project in which I have invested many hours of my busy time and which I cherish very much, so I want to and will complete it.
To this end, we have an open Patreon so that the community can help the project financially. By contributing you get rewards such as early access to up to two builds ahead of the public, more frequent updates than the public, mentions in the thank you sections (more detailed according to the subscription tier), closer and prioritized contact channels with the devs, the possibility of suggestions and appearances in the games, and much more. Sorry to say, but it's going to take a while. Build 0.2 won't be available to the public until I release build 0.4 to the ultimate Patreon tier.
Basically, the mid-tier of Patreon is one build ahead of the public, and the supreme tier is two builds ahead .
But rest assured that whenever a new build is released on any of the platforms, I will let you know :3

Hello I already wanted to thank you for creating this masterpiece especially since there are several languages and I don't understand most of them apart from French thank you and I also wanted to put a comment especially at the VN level how can I say it, it's incredible already the characters the environment the scenes the dialogues everything even if there are still small translation errors but I find that the story makes us want to see a sequel I'm honestly impressed I I can't wait to see a sequel

I'm really happy that I was able to impress you. It's my first project so I still have a lot to improve but your words really encourage me. As for the translation errors, unfortunately I don't have much I can do... I only have command of English and PTBR, and I can't send someone to do revisions, but I'll do my best to improve.
Regarding your question about the protagonist, I confess that I didn't plan a world-changing role for him. I planned to use him just to introduce this world, the other characters and this big story I want to tell. But I'm definitely going to develop the character more.

The rhythm of the story did feel more comfortable and easy to comprehend, though it's a pity seeing the reviving part was less detailed, maybe it's for the story balance I guess?

Hey, thanks for the feedback. Yes, I'm the one writing and programming and generating the backgrounds. The other assets, such as music and some sound effects, are from sites like Uppbeat and Pixabay. And the sprites and CGs are created by my friend and very talented artist Glitch ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

I really liked this VN, honestly a really nice, cool story and a lot of mystery I'm still going to add something the version where the French language had some small translation problems there were sometimes English or Ukrainian or even Spanish languages that appeared but there was nothing disturbing honestly I can't wait to see what happens next :)
